The energy has been intense—lots of things are going on in the world right now. It’s been taking a lot of practice and determination to stay focused this week. My prayers are with the families who lost their loved ones in the Minneapolis riots. I’m sending you lots of love and healing energy, beautiful souls.
I’m just feeling a somberness in my spirit as I think about the whole shit show going down in the US. Wherever you are in the world.. Send your love energy out into the world. Many need it at this time.
